ORAL PRESENTATION

Each author will have 12 minutes to complete his/her presentation, followed by 3 minutes reserved for questions and discussion. There will not be any time between two presentations. The presentations must be performed in English. The slides must be prepared using Microsoft Power Point, as according to the template that will be sent by email for the ACCEPTED ORAL PRESENTATION authors. The slides must be written in English.

SHORT-ORAL COMMUNICATIONS

The abstracts selected for Short-Oral communication presentation must be prepared as a brief oral presentation and a poster. The presentation must be performed in English. Each author will have 10 minutes to complete his/her Short-Oral Communication presentation during which he/she should present the main topics about his/her Abstract and invite the audience to visit his/her poster during the poster session. During the poster session, which will happen in the sequence, each author must stand near his/her poster so that the other interested participants may find the author and discuss the topics of interest. Short-Oral communication and poster templates (Microsoft Power Point file) will be sent by email for the ACCEPTED ABSTRACTS.

POSTER PRESENTATION

Poster presentations will be held on November 19th, 20th, 21th and 22th. Each poster will be assigned for one day only and must be displayed on the wall in the beginning of the assigned day and removed in the end of that poster session. The Abstracts will be evaluated individually by a member of the Scientific Committee, the best Abstracts will be selected and a prize will be given to their respective authors during the closing ceremony. Poster template (Microsoft Power Point file) will be sent by email for the ACCEPTED ABSTRACTS.

The size of Posters should be (vertical): 90 cm width x 120 cm height, as already established in the template. Appropriate materials will be provided to allow you to attach your poster to the board. 

CERTIFICATES

Each author will receive the certificate and the registration acknowledgment after the end of the conference by email (from December, 2nd) . The certificate will only be given to those authors who have effectively presented their works in the conference.

Coffee breaks during the conference.
Lunch on the days of the conferences (19th, 21th and 22th).

Receipt of registration payment

Each author will receive the receipt regarding of the registration payment, containing the necessary information, only after author request by sending an email to cipoa2019@gmail.com. The website only exhibits an message concerning to the successful submission which certificate the correct procedure.



Submission confirmation (abstract and registration submissions)

The website only exhibits a message concerning to the successful submission procedure during abstract or registration submissions. However, each author could receive an official receipt regarding the registration or abstract submission, after to send an email to cipoa2019@gmail.com.

Registration form must be fill-in during the Registration. All documents must be included in the platform as an unique PDF file (payment receipt and official document which proves connection between the participant and his/her institution).
